Instructions
1.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2.
Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3.
Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.

While the salmon is cooking, prepare the spicy mayo by mixing Greek yogurt and sriracha in a small bowl. Adjust the spice level to your preference.
5.
In a bowl, layer the cooked brown rice, edamame, sliced cucumber, and chopped green onions.
6.
Once the salmon is done, place it on top of the rice and veggies.
7.
Drizzle the spicy mayo over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
8.
