Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots. (5 minutes)

Add the chopped panko chicken and sliced almonds to the bowl. (2 minutes)
3.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and honey (if using). (3 minutes)
4.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated. (2 minutes)
5.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy! (3 minutes)
