Instructions
1.
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat (about 5 minutes).
2.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the fish fillets with this mixture.
3.
Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
4.
While the fish is cooking, prepare the vegetable salad by combining shredded cabbage, diced cucumbers, yellow squash, shredded carrots, cilantro, and green onions in a large bowl.
5.
Squeeze lime juice over the salad and toss to combine.
6.
Once the fish is done, flake it into bite-sized pieces and serve it on a plate alongside the vegetable salad.

1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)

1 cup shredded cabbage
3.
1 cup diced cucumbers
4.
1 cup diced yellow squash
5.
1 cup shredded carrots
6.
1/2 cup chopped cilantro

1/4 cup chopped green onions
8.
1 tablespoon olive oil
9.
1 teaspoon cumin
10.
1 teaspoon paprika
11.
Salt and pepper to taste

Juice of 1 lime
