Instructions
1.
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat (about 5 minutes).
2.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the fish fillets with this mixture.
3.
Cook the fish on the grill or skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.

While the fish is cooking, prepare the toppings: chop the cherry tomatoes, slice the black olives, crumble the feta cheese, and chop the cilantro.
5.
Once the fish is done, warm the tortillas in a separate pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
6.
Assemble the tacos by placing pieces of fish on each tortilla, then top with spinach, cherry tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese, and cilantro.
7.
Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
