Healthy BBQ Chicken Pizza Recipe

“This is a homemade flatbread. We did make your own pizza night. I tried to keep with high fiber and protein. I topped mine with brussel sprouts and chicken breast. I ate half of this.”

Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2.
Spray a baking sheet with olive oil and place the whole wheat pizza crust on it.
3.
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with half of the barbecue sauce. Set aside.
4.
Spread the remaining barbecue sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
5.
Layer the shredded chicken on top of the sauce, followed by the halved brussels sprouts and diced ham (if using).
6.
Sprinkle the low-fat cheese over the top.
7.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
9.
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup brussels sprouts, halved

1/2 cup low-fat cheese, shredded
5.
1/4 cup barbecue sauce (low sugar)
6.
1/2 cup diced ham (optional)

Olive oil spray
8.
Salt and pepper to taste
