Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3.
Stir in the chopped kale and cook for about 5 minutes until wilted.

Add the cooked white beans, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
5.
Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
6.
Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
