Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.

4. Add broccoli florets and soy sauce, stir well, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until broccoli is tender but still crisp.
5.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, and serve hot.
