Low carb wrap with hummus sirloin and broccoli for lunch yesterday and dinner on Wednesday. It gave me great energy for lunch.

Instructions

  • 1.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

  • 2.

    Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  • 3.

    Add the sliced sirloin to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes until browned.

  • 4.

    Stir in the broccoli florets and soy sauce, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.

  • 5.

    Warm the low-carb wraps in a separate pan or microwave for 30 seconds.

  • 6.

    Spread hummus on each wrap, then fill with the beef and broccoli mixture.

  • 7.

    Roll up the wraps tightly and serve immediately.
