Instructions
1.
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Add the sliced beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.

4. Stir in the broccoli and cauliflower, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.

5. Pour in the soy sauce and toss everything together, cooking for another 2 minutes.

6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
