Instructions

  • 1.

    1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.

    2. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.

    3. Add the broccoli florets and soy sauce to the skillet, stirring well. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.

    4. In a separate bowl, combine the chopped kale and sunflower seeds. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and toss to coat.

    5. Serve the beef and broccoli mixture over a bed of kale salad.
