Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3.
Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
4.
Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
5.
Add broccoli, cabbage, carrots, and yellow squash. Cook for 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
6.
Stir in soy sauce, cilantro, salt, and pepper to taste.
7.
Serve hot, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
