Instructions

  • 1.

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.

    While the potatoes are roasting, heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef steak bites, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking.

  • 4.

    Add the broccoli florets to the skillet with the beef and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still vibrant.

    Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and combine them with the beef and broccoli mixture.

  • 6.

    Drizzle with horseradish sauce before serving.
