Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (about 2 minutes).

Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.

Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
5.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch (if using) with a splash of water. Pour over the beef and broccoli, stirring to coat evenly.
6.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
7.
Serve over cooked brown rice.
