Instructions

1. Begin by slicing the lean beef into thin strips against the grain. This helps to keep the meat tender.

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Season with garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.

3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.

4. Pour in the low-sodium soy sauce and stir to combine, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
