Instructions

1. Rinse the brown rice under cold water and cook it according to package instructions, using low-sodium beef broth instead of water for added flavor (about 20-25 minutes).

2. While the rice is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add the beef pieces to the skillet, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
