Instructions

1. Begin by marinating the steak: In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the steak and let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

2. While the steak is marinating, bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the green beans and blanch for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

3. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

4. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it against the grain.

5. In the same pan, add the blanched green beans and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired.

6. Serve the sliced steak alongside the sautéed green beans.
