Instructions
1.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the lean ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
3.
Stir in cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spices are well incorporated.
4.
While the beef is cooking, prepare the lettuce by carefully separating the leaves. Rinse and dry them.
5.
Once the beef is cooked, assemble the tacos by placing a generous spoonful of the beef mixture into each lettuce leaf.
6.
Top with diced avocado, crumbled feta cheese, and any additional toppings like tomatoes or cilantro.
7.
Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy beef lettuce tacos!
