Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped green beans, onion, oats, beaten egg, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined (about 5 minutes).

Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.

Spread the low-sugar ketchup evenly on top of the meatloaf.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
6.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
