Instructions

1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Season the lean beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

3. Cook the beef for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
