Instructions
1.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat (about 2 minutes).
2.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula (about 5-7 minutes).
3.
Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4.
If using, add diced bell peppers and onions to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until softened.
5.
In a large bowl, layer the shredded lettuce, followed by the cooked beef mixture.
6.
Top with shredded cheese and diced tomatoes if desired.
7.
Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy beef salad bowl!
