Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Season the beef tips with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

3. Add the beef tips to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked to your liking.

4. While the beef is cooking, warm the black beans in a separate pot over low heat.

5. Once the beef is cooked, remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

6. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it lightly with a fork and season with salt and pepper.

7. To serve, layer the black beans on a plate, top with beef tips, and add a generous scoop of mashed avocado. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
