Instructions

1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

2. Mash the avocados with a fork until smooth.

3. Add diced tomato, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.

4. Serve the guacamole with steamed cauliflower florets, cucumber slices, and strawberries on the side.

5. For added protein, serve with a side of refried beans and salsa.
