Beans tofu strips guacamole cauliflower cucumber strawberries. I made the decision not to take the tortilla chips even though I really wanted them and thought I was going to cry having to eat guacamole with cauliflower and cucumber but it wasnt as bad as I thought.

    1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
