Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the black beans, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, and minced garlic.

Add lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
3.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
4.
Serve the dip with baked tortilla chips and fresh watermelon on the side.
