Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Stir in crushed tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook cauliflower pasta according to package instructions (about 5-7 minutes).

In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add broccoli florets to the boiling pasta water to steam.
6.
Drain pasta and broccoli, then combine with the beef sauce. Serve warm.

1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)

2 cups cauliflower pasta
3.
2 cups broccoli florets
4.
1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes (no added sugar)
5.
1 tablespoon olive oil
6.
1 teaspoon garlic powder
7.
1 teaspoon onion powder
8.
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
9.
Salt and pepper to taste
