Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash and cut the potatoes in half. Place them in a pot of boiling water and cook for about 10-15 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

While the potatoes are cooking, steam the broccoli florets for about 5-7 minutes until bright green and tender.

In a baking dish, place the barramundi fillets. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings you prefer.

Bake the fish in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
6.
Once the fish is done, sprinkle the steamed broccoli with low-fat cheese and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Serve the barramundi with the cheesy broccoli and the boiled potatoes on the side. Enjoy your healthy meal!
