Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the egg whites and low-fat milk until well combined.
3.
Add the steamed broccoli, chopped spinach, and low-fat cheese to the egg mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
4.
Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin or silicone molds, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
5.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the egg is set and the tops are lightly golden.
6.
Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the molds. Serve warm.
