Instructions
1.
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat (about 1-2 minutes).

Add the lean ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula (about 5-7 minutes).
3.
Stir in the garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper, cooking for an additional minute.
4.
Add the broccoli, cabbage, carrots, and peas to the skillet. Stir well to combine and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5.
Pour in the low-sodium soy sauce and mix thoroughly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6.
Serve over cooked brown rice and enjoy your healthy meal!
