Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3.
Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
4.
Stir in broccoli, bell peppers, and onion, cooking for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
5.
Add cauliflower rice and soy sauce, mixing well. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
6.
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, garlic powder, and paprika to create the Yum Yum sauce.
7.
Serve the shrimp and vegetable mixture topped with Yum Yum sauce.

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon honey (for Yum Yum sauce)

1 teaspoon garlic powder (for Yum Yum sauce)
