Instructions
1.
1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Add the sliced beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.

4. Stir in broccoli, zucchini, red bell pepper, carrots, and black beans. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

5. If desired, mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the skillet to thicken the sauce. Stir well.

6. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.

2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced
10.
1 teaspoon ginger, minced

1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Salt and pepper to taste
