Instructions
1.
Cook the whole grain pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside (about 10 minutes).
2.
In a large bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, diced grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
3.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
5.
Add the cooked pasta and toss again until everything is well mixed.
6.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

2 cups whole grain pasta (fusilli or rotini)

2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
3.
1 lb grilled chicken breast, diced
4.
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice
8.
Salt and pepper to taste
9.
1/4 cup feta cheese (optional)
