“Whole wheat pasta (60gr) with broccoli pesto and tomatoes”

Instructions
1.
1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a food processor, combine broccoli florets, basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth, adding a little water if necessary to reach desired consistency.

3. Season the pesto with salt and pepper to taste.

4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, broccoli pesto, and halved cherry tomatoes. Toss until well coated.

5. Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
