Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped broccoli, spinach, and cabbage. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
3.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Add the sautéed vegetables to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
5.
Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or quiche pan. If using, sprinkle low-fat cheese on top.
6.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
7.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

1 cup cabbage, shredded

4 large eggs

1 cup low-fat milk or unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup low-fat cheese (optional)

1 teaspoon olive oil
8.
Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder
10.
1 teaspoon onion powder
