Instructions

1. Start by steaming the broccoli florets until tender, about 3-5 minutes.

2. In a large bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, diced chicken, diced tomato, pickled onions, and mixed greens.

3. Drizzle the low-calorie salad dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
4.
4. Top with shredded cheese and baked tortilla strips just before serving for added crunch.
