Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Let it cool and dice it into bite-sized pieces.
3.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, green olives, and cucumber.
4.
In a separate bowl, mix the baked chicken with hot sauce until well coated.
5.
Add the hot sauce chicken to the salad bowl and toss gently to combine.
6.
Sprinkle the bleu cheese on top and drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.
