“Buffalo Chicken Salad - Chicken breast tossed in hot sauce (just regular hot sauce not wing sauce or anything like that) lettuce spinach onion bell pepper tomato green olives 1/2 ounce of Bleu cheese and homemade lemon avocado dressing.”

Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and hot sauce. Toss until the chicken is well coated. (2 minutes)

In another bowl, mix the greens, bell pepper, tomatoes, red onion, and green olives. (3 minutes)
3.
In a small bowl, combine the mashed avocado, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing. (2 minutes)
4.
Divide the mixed greens among four plates, top with the buffalo chicken, and sprinkle with Bleu cheese. (3 minutes)
5.
Drizzle the avocado dressing over the salads and serve immediately. (2 minutes)
