Instructions
1.
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated. (2 minutes)
2.
Warm the wraps in a skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable. (1 minute)
3.
Layer the spinach or mixed greens on each wrap, followed by the buffalo chicken mixture. (2 minutes)
4.
Add cooked lentils and steamed cauliflower on top. (2 minutes)
5.
Drizzle with Greek yogurt for added creaminess and flavor. (1 minute)
6.
Wrap tightly and serve immediately, or cut in half for easier eating. (1 minute)
