Instructions
1.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for about 10 minutes, breaking it apart until fully browned.

While the beef is cooking, prepare the tzatziki sauce if making homemade (mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, and herbs).
3.
Once the beef is cooked, place a slice of cheese on top and cover for 1-2 minutes until melted.
4.
Assemble the burger by placing the beef patty on a lettuce leaf, adding a dollop of mayonnaise, and topping with red bell pepper strips.
5.
Serve with tzatziki on the side for dipping.
