Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add the crumbled turkey sausage and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).

Stir in the diced butternut squash, sweet potatoes, celery, and red onion.

Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
5.
Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
6.
If using, add fresh spinach in the last 2 minutes of cooking until wilted.
