Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, cacao powder, and salt.

Pour in the dairy-free milk and stir well to combine, ensuring there are no clumps.
3.
Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
4.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
5.
Once set, stir the pudding again before serving. Enjoy it chilled!
