Im finding that if I just portion control I dont crave it as much. They had cookies at work and I really wanted one”

Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).
2.
Add diced carne asada to the skillet, season with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
3.
In the same skillet, add sliced onions and green bell peppers. Sauté for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
4.
Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for about 30 seconds until pliable.
5.
Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of carne asada, pinto beans, and sautéed vegetables on each tortilla.
6.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.

1 lb lean carne asada, trimmed and diced

4 small corn tortillas (or whole wheat for added fiber)
3.
1 cup pinto beans, cooked and drained

1 cup green bell peppers, sliced

1 cup onions, sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon cumin
8.
1 teaspoon chili powder
9.
Salt and pepper to taste
10.
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
