Instructions
1.
1. Start by washing and drying the mixed lettuce thoroughly. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

2. Add the sliced cucumber and diced tomatoes to the bowl.
3.
3. Layer the turkey and ham slices on top of the vegetables.
4.
4. Chop the hard-boiled eggs and sprinkle them over the salad.
5.
5. Drizzle the low-fat ranch dressing sparingly over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
6.
6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving for a chilled salad.

4 cups mixed lettuce (romaine, iceberg, or your choice)

1 cucumber, sliced

2 tomatoes, diced

8 oz turkey breast, sliced

8 oz ham, sliced
6.
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
7.
2 tablespoons low-fat ranch dressing (use sparingly)
