Chefs salad at Eegees. Dropping my daughter off at a week-long camp at U of A and this worked! Skipped the cheese used the ranch sparingly (they dont have any vinaigrettes on offer)

Instructions

  • 1.

    1. Start by washing and drying the mixed lettuce thoroughly. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

  • 2.

    2. Add the sliced cucumber and diced tomatoes to the bowl.

  • 3.

    3. Layer the turkey and ham slices on top of the vegetables.

  • 4.

    4. Chop the hard-boiled eggs and sprinkle them over the salad.

  • 5.

    5. Drizzle the low-fat ranch dressing sparingly over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.

  • 6.

    6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving for a chilled salad.
