“Your snack choice is spot on! Overnight soaked chia seeds with muesli and Greek yogurt make for a nutritious and filling combination. The touch of shredded coconut adds a delightful flavor. Enjoy!”
Instructions
1.
In a bowl, combine chia seeds and unsweetened almond milk. Stir well and let it sit for about 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid.
2.
After 5 minutes, stir the mixture again to prevent clumping. Let it sit for another 10-15 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator for a thicker consistency.
3.
Once the chia pudding is ready, layer it in serving bowls with muesli, Greek yogurt, and a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
4.
Top with sliced almonds for added crunch and nutrition.
5.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
