Instructions
1.
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the Earth Balance over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

4. Add the asparagus to the skillet, then pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice.

5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).

6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
