Instructions
1.
Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside (about 10 minutes).

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced green bell pepper and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add the shredded chicken, broccoli florets, and kale to the skillet. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in the tomato sauce and cooked pasta. Mix well to combine and heat through for about 2-3 minutes.
5.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover the skillet for 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
6.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm.
