Instructions

  • 1.

    Cook the whole grain pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside (about 10 minutes).

  • 2.

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  • 3.

    Add broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.

  • 4.

    Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and broccoli in the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through for 2 minutes.

  • 5.

    Prepare the salad by mixing the salad greens, diced tomato, green bell pepper, and olives in a bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss to coat.

  • 6.

    Serve the chicken and broccoli pasta alongside the garden salad.
