Instructions
1.
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. Coat the chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture and let them marinate for about 10 minutes.

4. While the chicken is marinating, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Add broccoli florets to the pasta water for the last 3 minutes of cooking.

5. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.

6. Drain the pasta and broccoli, then toss them together in a bowl. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

7. Serve the grilled chicken alongside the pasta and broccoli.

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)

2 cups broccoli florets

1 cup whole grain pasta (uncooked)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste
