Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into halves or quarters for even cooking.

Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.

While the sweet potatoes are baking, prepare the chicken. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
6.
In the last 10 minutes of the sweet potatoes baking, add the broccoli florets to the baking sheet. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
7.
Once everything is cooked, serve the chicken alongside the sweet potatoes and broccoli.
