Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add the chopped celery and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.

Stir in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.

Add the steamed broccoli and boiled potatoes to the skillet, mixing everything together gently. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to warm the vegetables.
