Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3.
Add chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Stir in broccoli florets and cook for another 5 minutes until tender.

Add cauliflower rice and soy sauce (if using), stir well, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
6.
Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
