Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3.
Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4.
Add broccoli florets and a splash of water, cover, and steam for 3-4 minutes until tender.
5.
Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
6.
Serve over cooked quinoa for added fiber.
